What You’ll Do
In this full-time Outside Sales Representative role, you’ll play a key part in expanding Ripcord Construction’s presence across the communities we serve. This job isn’t about traditional in-home sales — it’s about face-to-face engagement, community networking, and relationship building.
Key Responsibilities:
- Attend local events, networking groups, and community activities to represent Ripcord Construction.
- Build and maintain strong connections with area residents, business leaders, and community organizations.
- Support the growth of our new Brighton location by fostering strong brand recognition and outreach.
- Communicate Ripcord’s value — from roofing and siding to full exterior services — with professionalism and enthusiasm.
- Collaborate with the team to help generate new leads and help educate homeowners about their options.
This role is ideal for someone who enjoys being on the move and loves meeting people — you’ll spend a fair amount of time traveling to community events and building your local network.
